The vehicles

We book 9-seat MPVs up to 70-seat coaches. The vehicles are Euro 6 compliant, so they meet the ULEZ standard and there is no emissions surcharge on your quote. Every vehicle we book holds a current DVSA annual test certificate.

How booking works

Tell us the journey — pickup, destination, date, time and group size.

We send a fixed written quote, usually within 30 minutes during office hours (9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday). Requests sent out of hours are answered the next morning.

You confirm with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 14 days before travel, and bookings made within 14 days of travel are paid in full.

On the afternoon before travel we email you your driver's name and mobile number, and the vehicle registration.
Cancellations follow a published scale — see terms and conditions. Nothing is hidden in the small print.

A 16-seat vehicle with a driver in London costs from £295 plus parking for an airport transfer, £450 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and £700 for a full day (up to 8 hours). The price depends on the distance, the time of day and how long the vehicle is held. All our quotes are fixed in writing before you book.
Yes. Every quote includes the driver and fuel. Anything else that applies to your journey, such as airport parking or a toll, is shown on the quote before you book, so there is nothing to add afterwards.
Sixteen passengers plus the driver — seventeen people on board. A 16-seat vehicle takes 16 pieces of hand luggage and 16 medium cases. If everyone has a large case plus hand luggage, consider a 19-seat coach instead.
Not from us — we arrange minibus hire with a professional driver, not self-drive rental. Self-drive minibus hire also requires category D1 entitlement, which car licences issued after 1 January 1997 do not include.
Our drivers check your flight so they know when you have landed. At the airport the vehicle waits in the coach park until the coach marshals release it to pick you up — follow the signs in the terminal to the coach park and marshals. The driver waits up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time; if you expect a longer delay, call us so we can arrange it.
As early as you can. Booking early is the only way to guarantee availability, and weddings, school trips and summer weekends book up first.
